I did not become a coach because leadership came easy. I became a coach because I learned firsthand that leadership will stretch every part of you - your identity, your confidence, your priorities, your capacity and your sense of self.

My mission is simple: to help leaders come back to themselves so they can lead others with clarity, confidence and lasting impact.
THE TURNING POINT
When everything looked successful on the outside, I felt lost on the inside.
I was showing up as a strong leader in corporate America, building a business, serving on boards and being a mother and wife. However, I was stretched so thin, trying to be everything to everyone.

The rules, the expectations, the pressure - it no longer fit the life I was called to live. I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and like I was losing parts of myself in the process.

That season became a turning point. I realized if I wanted to lead others well, I first had to learn to lead myself better.
